This is a type of soilder for the Imperial Guard in the Robotic Uprising series.
I love this soilder idea, it's not what I think of when I think of a futuristic soldier.

I like the whole idea of it, the execution of it is what I like the most. I'm guessing you used the smudge tool get the fire effect.
Were you listening to "Feuer Frei" when you drew this? That term can be translated as "Fire Freely" and the song itself seems to be more of a reference to sex more than anything.
